Before you arrive

Book online or call 1800 962 113. Our clinic is open on Mondays from 9:00am to 5:00pm at Elizabeth Park Healthcare, 1 Gould Rd, Elizabeth Park. If you are using a GP care plan, DVA, NDIS, Support at Home or WorkCover, check the relevant arrangements with our team first.

What to bring and wear

  • Any referral, plan or claim details.
  • Relevant reports, scans and a list of your medicines.
  • Your Medicare card and health fund details.
  • Comfortable clothing that lets the area be assessed, such as shorts for knee or hip concerns.

During the appointment

Your physiotherapist will ask about your symptoms, health history and goals, then assess relevant movements and strength. Findings and options are explained in plain language, and treatment only goes ahead with your consent. You can ask questions or ask to stop at any time.

Afterwards

You may leave with exercises or advice and a plan for any follow-up. The number of appointments depends on your needs and goals. Tell us about access or communication needs – appointments are available in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
