Our fees

Please contact our team or call 1800 962 113 for current physiotherapy fees before you book. We will confirm the fee for your appointment type, and any expected out-of-pocket cost, before your appointment.

No referral is needed for a private appointment. Referral or approval requirements apply when a funding scheme is involved, as outlined below.

Private health insurance

Physiotherapy is included in many extras policies. The benefit depends on your fund, your level of cover, waiting periods and annual limits, so check with your fund before your appointment. Contact our team about payment and receipt arrangements. See private health physiotherapy.

Medicare: GP chronic condition management plans

If you have a chronic condition and your GP prepares or reviews a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) and refers you, Medicare rebates may apply for up to five eligible allied health services per calendar year, shared across allied health professions. A rebate is not the same as a free service; ask us about any out-of-pocket amount. See GP care plan physiotherapy and our 2026 guide.

DVA

Eligible Veteran Card holders can access physiotherapy with a valid referral, in line with DVA treatment cycle arrangements. Bring your card and referral, and contact our team to confirm arrangements before your first appointment. See DVA physiotherapy.

NDIS

Physiotherapy may be funded through an NDIS plan when it meets NDIS funding requirements. Confirm your plan-management and payment arrangements with our team before your first appointment; booking online does not confirm funding. See NDIS physiotherapy.

Support at Home

If physiotherapy is part of your approved Support at Home services, it may be arranged through your provider, and contributions can apply under the program. Talk to your provider and our team before booking. See Support at Home physiotherapy.

WorkCover (ReturnToWorkSA)

For an accepted work injury claim, physiotherapy may be paid under the claim, although some services need specific approval. If your claim is still being assessed, call before booking: you may need to pay for the appointment yourself. See WorkCover physiotherapy.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else. Contact our team for our current cancellation arrangements.

Rebates and funding rules are set by your health fund, Medicare or the relevant scheme and can change. Check your eligibility before your appointment.
